The A3P Youth Impact Curve

Most agencies attempt to measure their work by what it does for the client. We measure it twice.

Six and twelve months after every project, we re-engage the young people who took part in a project  - tracking the impact on their career development (jobs, courses, opportunities) and their personal development (confidence, belonging, ambition).

The Youth Impact Curve gives our partners something rare: a dual ROI. Brand uplift on one side. Youth uplift on the other. Real evidence that good strategy work can grow businesses and grow people.
